The Full Mendoza Program is our most complete experience for individual travelers who want to improve their Spanish while discovering the best of Mendoza. From Monday to Friday, you’ll combine Spanish lessons at SP Spanish Courses with a city tour, a wine experience and a traditional Argentine horseback riding experience. On Saturday, you’ll explore the spectacular Andes Mountains on a full-day excursion to Aconcagua.
The program can be customized to suit your interests, with the option to add or remove experiences from the itinerary.

Spanish Course
Learn Spanish in Mendoza
Your Spanish course is the central part of the Full Mendoza Program, giving you the opportunity to practice Spanish every weekday while experiencing Mendoza outside the classroom.

Semi-Intensive Spanish Course
10 hours per week
A relaxed option that gives you more free time to explore Mendoza and enjoy its surroundings.

Intensive Spanish Course
20 hours per week
The ideal choice if you want to dedicate more time to learning Spanish while experiencing Mendoza.

Mendoza Walking Tour
Discover the Heart of Mendoza
Explore downtown Mendoza on a guided walking tour and discover the city’s history, culture and everyday life.
Our guides will take you through the main landmarks and hidden spots of the city center, giving you the opportunity to experience Mendoza beyond the typical tourist attractions.
Available: Monday–Friday, subject to availability

Wine Experience
Discover Mendoza’s Wine Country
Mendoza is one of the world’s great wine regions. Discover its winemaking traditions and experience the production of some of Argentina’s most recognized wines.
The Wine Experience includes visits to two wineries, where you’ll discover different approaches and technologies used in the production of wine. The tour also includes a visit to an olive oil factory, introducing you to another important part of Mendoza’s local gastronomy.
At each establishment, you’ll have the opportunity to taste local products and purchase wines and olive oils.
Duration: 6 hours
Available: Monday–Saturday · 2:00 PM–8:00 PM approximately

Horseback Riding
Experience Mendoza Like a Gaucho
Enjoy a two-hour horseback ride through the Mendoza countryside with qualified guides.
The experience continues with a traditional Argentine barbecue featuring Argentine beef, roasted vegetables, salads and bread, accompanied by Mendocinian wine and soft drinks.
After dinner, gather around the bonfire and enjoy a short folkloric guitar performance while taking in the starry Mendoza night.
Duration: Approximately 5.5 hours
Time: 4:00 PM–9:30 PM

Saturday: Alta Montaña
Discover the Andes Mountains
End your week with a full-day adventure through the spectacular Andes Mountains and some of Mendoza’s most iconic landscapes.
The excursion takes you through:
- Potrerillos and its impressive reservoir
- Puente Picheuta, a historic bridge
- Uspallata Valley
- Puente del Inca, a remarkable natural formation
- Aconcagua viewpoint, overlooking the highest mountain in the Americas
- Las Cuevas, one of the highest settlements in Mendoza
Duration: 12 hours
